Ellie,

Seeing your work today made me think of a Spanish photographer Jorge Yeregui who has a project about Nature as a symbol in urban contemporary society. In his project Paisajes mínimos (Minimal Landscapes) he photographs gardens inside buildings that have the main function of making the building/corporation it represents look ecological and green minded. These gardens purely hold an asthetic and symbolic value, as they do not actually improve the buildings (in ecological terms) and rather do the opposite by becoming a burden.
